Access to our training system:

We know it's important that you and your staff are comfortable with our systems at point of sale so we've provided a handy training area with all the information you'll need. Login details are available from your Sales Manager.

Ongoing support

When you join us, we'll give full and tailored training to you and your team. Once you're up and running, we'll continue to be on-hand to answer your questions, provide point-of-sale marketing materials and help you use our tools to get the best possible results. Management information reports will be provided to give you a clear view of your sales and the finance approvals process and help you spot future opportunities.

If you or a customer has a question, you need the answer quickly. So allow our team to help. You can rely on:

  • A dedicated Sales Manager
  • A team of Client Service Managers, available 9am-5pm Monday to Friday
  • A specialist Helpdesk Team, available 9am-8pm Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm Saturday and 10am-6pm Sunday.
