We’re very sorry to hear about your loss and understand this is a difficult time for you.

Once you’ve filled in the following details about yourself and the person who has passed away, we’ll send a letter to the account holders address – within 5 to 7 working days outlining the documents we will need. This includes a certified copy of the account holder’s death certificate.

You can use this form to notify us about any personal Barclays Partner Finance accounts that the deceased person has with us.
