General Conditions of Credit

Loans and Credit facilities are only available to persons who are UK residents over 18 and are granted subject to credit checks, conditions and applications meeting Barclays Partner Finance’s lending policy. The approval of your application depends on financial circumstances and borrowing history, so do the terms you may be offered. If you in the course of your business propose a customer who is accepted for credit facilities to be granted through us, that customer will be required to sign a full legal agreement complying with the Consumer Credit Act 1974.

Compliance with the Finance and Leasing Association Code

Barclays Partner Finance is a member of the Finance and Leasing Association (FLA) and are committed to the FLA Code of Practice which sets out the guiding principles of our dealings with customers.

If we have not been able to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction AND you have bought our products or services online

The European Commission has set up a service to help customers who have a complaint about goods or services bought online from traders established in the European Union. If you have a complaint and have not been able to get it resolved to your satisfaction, you can submit your complaint online through the online dispute resolution (ODR) platform.
