Coronavirus update

We have fewer colleagues than usual answering the phones right now because of the coronavirus outbreak.  This is having a big impact on our call wait times – we’re truly sorry about this.

We're here to help. We know you might be worried about the impact of coronavirus on your life and finances. To reassure you, we are fully committed to giving you the support that you need.

We are developing a plan of how we can best assist those who are most in need. If you have been impacted by coronavirus and are concerned about payment of your loan, we'd ask you to check the information on our dedicated coronavirus page, and only call us using the numbers on our contact page if you have an immediate financial problem that can't wait.

    If you find our information difficult to understand, we can support you to understand the information that is being provided. Our staff are able to assist all customers, including those who have mental or physical conditions or learning disabilities. If you would like to talk to someone, you can call 0800 6343919 Mon-Sat 9am to 8pm, Sun 10am to 6pm. We are closed on Public and Bank Holidays. To make payments, find out your balance or get a settlement figure, our automated phone line is open 24 hours a day.

    For anything else, our opening hours are:

    9am - 6pm Monday to Friday
    9am - 5pm Saturday

    *Calls to 03 numbers are charged at the same rate as dialling an 01 or 02 number. If your fixed line or mobile service has inclusive minutes to 01/02 numbers, then calls to 03 are counted as part of this inclusive call volume. Calls to 0800 numbers are free from UK land lines and personal mobiles, otherwise call charges may apply. International calls will be charged at a higher rate. Please check with your service provider. Calls may be monitored or recorded in order to maintain high levels of security and quality of service.
